Corporate Giving Program

Here at Brooks, we are dedicated to inspiring everyone to run and be active. We enjoy supporting organizations—and people—that make a difference in their communities by promoting healthy living. Brooks backs a number of organizations with donations of running shoes and apparel, and also encourages employees to make a positive impact in their communities. These efforts, encompassed within our multifaceted Run B'cause community giving program, are grouped into the following:

Employee Donations

Giving is powerful when it's personal. Each year, every Brooks Sports employee is given $300 of Brooks or Moving Comfort gear to donate to a cause they care about. Employees can pool their annual allotments with coworkers to increase their charitable impact.

Product Donations

We field continuous requests from extraordinary organizations seeking product donations to help fuel their good work. While we can't grant every request, we support as many as possible. Requests are made through our online application form. Our Run B'cause team reviews these requests and makes gear donations quarterly. Learn more about how to apply and our application periods.

Community Service Activities

All full- and part-time employees receive paid time annually to make a direct and memorable impact for an organization or cause by participating in community service activities. This is an employee-driven facet of Run B'cause in which employees suggest group volunteer activities that bring coworkers together to address a need they see in the community.

Inspiring Coaches Program

Great high school coaches don't just coach. They inspire, motivate, and instill a lifelong love of running in their athletes. In 2010, we created the Brooks Inspiring Coaches program to help give back to these standout individuals. The program brings support, awareness, and a dose of Run Happy spirit to high school cross country and track and field coaches who go above and beyond to motivate their runners and keep their programs strong. Applying for Run B'cause Product Donations

We are excited about the opportunity to learn about your organization/event and how Brooks might be able to amplify your cause. Please complete the Run B'cause donation request application for donation consideration. Please know that Brooks will only accept applications for product donations. We cannot honor requests for sponsorship money at this time.

Important information for all Run B'cause applicants:

• We review all eligible applications on a quarterly basis.
• Application acceptance windows are provided below.
• Applications received outside of these acceptance windows will not be considered.
• Donation decisions will be made by the corresponding decision date outlined below.
• All organizations will be notified via email and/or phone within two weeks of the decision date.

Please apply early! Please keep in mind all notification dates when filling out your Run B'cause donation request application. Donations for events that take place before the notification date for the quarter in which the application was received will be disqualified.

If you have not heard from Brooks by the designated notification date for the window during which you applied, we welcome you to email runbcause@brooksrunning.com.

Given the high demand for donations from a variety of worthwhile causes, any event/organization that has received a product donation from Brooks within the 365 days preceding the application submission date will not be eligible.
