Constraints and delays
We expect shipping delays and encourage you to place orders as early as you can. Like many companies, Brooks is affected by global supply chain issues related to COVID-19. Our shipping carriers are experiencing delays, and we appreciate your patience if your order arrives later than expected.
Our elves are hard at work
We work hard to process your orders so your gifts get out the door as quickly as possible. But, even the elves need a break, which is why our last day to ship is 12/22 to get gifts under the tree by Christmas.
Shipping facility closures:
Please note that our distribution centers and offices are closed on the following days. Orders placed on these days will ship on the next business day:

We begin processing orders quickly, so we are unable to make changes after an order is submitted. Orders placed by 12PM EST will be shipped same day. If the item you ordered is not in stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order. Your credit card is only charged when your order ships.
Shipping is available to destinations within the U.S. (all 50 states and U.S. territories) and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/US Territories, or Puerto Rico must be completed through the USPS and cannot be expedited.
