My arch is high enough that my foot rolls too much for me to ever have been able to run, so I do a lot of long walks. Usually after walking I can feel my foot cracking, shin splints, my back killing and my neck hurting. I haven't experienced that once since wearing these shoes - i went back to another pair of sneakers and a day later my body is a mess. I recommend them to anyone who's got wicked high arches.

I tried this shoe after being a devout Asics user. I thought the support would be good for my alignment and plantar fasciitis, and was curious about switching brands. I run 30-40miles a week, and was unable to handle 3 miles in these shoes. They felt okay in the store for a short jog on the treadmill, though a bit stiff and no bounce back at all. I mentioned it to the seller and she said it was because it is foam instead of gel, and will be firmer. I got them because I liked how they hugged my foot- but my first workout it felt like shock waves were going up my legs. I definitely felt the internal bar rolling my foot to where it should land, but it threw off my whole alignment, and with no shock absorption it was excruciating and even made me lose my balance in less then 10 min at a slower than usual pace. Then next day everything from my ankles up through my back were sore, including the joints. I tried the shoes one more time before exchanging them for my Asics again. If your joints can handle that firmer landing, these are probably a great shoe for you, like I said, the guidance system definitely works, but be careful if you need shock absorbers- these shoes have none and you may want to go for a gel shoe instead.

Comments about Adrenaline GTS 10:

These are probably my 20th pair of Brooks Adrenalines; I finally went up half a size (and had to go to a 2A width a few years ago), but even with the slight sizing changes I still love my Brooks! They are such a great multipurpose shoe; I run many miles on trails and streets, and they provide great stability for my floppy ankles :)

    Comments about Adrenaline GTS 10:

This is the third pair of this model that I've bought in a year. The first pair I got fitted for in a running store, then I've bought the 2nd two pairs online.

I run between 15-20 miles/week, normally on streets. I keep buying these shoes because they're doing the job. Why mess with a good thing?

      Comments about Adrenaline GTS 10:

As a usual Asic person I thought I'd give Brooks a try I been eyeing them online and thought I go and try some on. And these shoe when I tried them on in the store they felt great. Got them home put them on to break them in before our 12 mile walk in 2 days. I wore them for 2 hrs and my feet were killing me. I believe it was because of the arch was too high for my foot and for some reason the right foot was much tighter than the left no matter how much I stretched out the shoe/laces. It just didnt feel right so I took them back and bought another pair asics.

        Comments about Adrenaline GTS 10:

Just started using my second pair! I'm running happy for the first time in my 55 years.

Got fitted eights months ago, but the store didn't have my size in stock. Got a great deal on the shoe I wanted on the website. Worked out daily for eight months in my first pair and started having shin splints. (It should be said that I had walked/run about 800 miles and lost 35 lbs in the 7 months.)

I wanted to keep the old pair for weight training, sightseeing, hiking, playing with the grandkids, and mission work ... so I got a new pair for holding my feet in position for running.

From the time I put them on, the new pair has given me the stability and support I needed to reduce my time and eliminate the pain. Love these shoes: fit, color, style, support, and price. I'm running happy!

This is the best running shoes by far. Over time though it does wear out quicker than I thought, especially the inner sole.

            Comments about Adrenaline GTS 10:

I love these shoes. Earlier in the summer I had purchased the newest version of these shoes (GTS 11), but all the reviews I read said THIS model (GTS 10) was the best, so I back-tracked and yes, they ARE better. I have only put about 20-30 miles on them so far, but I can already tell they are fantastic and are even helping to correct some problems I've had. The only reason I switched from my original brand was because they changed a great shoe into a shoe that caused injury for me (marathon running). I guess I'll buy up a bunch of these and hope for the best!

I have a small foot and can rarely find shoes that fit. I normally get kids shoes that only last about 3 months. The first pair I am still wearing..that was 6 months ago! I don't mind paying for shoes that last me more than 6 months.
