These are my 2nd purchase of these arm warmers. I bought 2 different colors and my wife also bought a several pair. I have owned Fox and other cycling armwarmers and these are the best by leaps and bounds. The material and ribbing is comfortable, and they are just warm enough to run and race in cool weather. They can help you adjust your temperature on the fly whereas a long sleeve t is impossible.

I have borrowed my husbands arm warmers for biking but I knew that they would be too big for running so I got these. When I first tried them on I was worried that they were too short. My arms are pretty skinny so I needed the small size, but I'm 5'7" and I guess my arms are about 1" longer than the arm warmers are ideal for. Still when I ran in them the shortness didn't bother me at all. They stayed in place, were comfortable, and were warmer than my long sleeve running shirts. I am excited to use them on a run where it is cold but I get warm enough to take them off.

LOVE these arm warmers! I had a pair that I had purchased previously that didn't fit quite right (another brand). I felt like I was constantly having to pull them up or down. These fit perfectly, I wore them for a 20 mile run and never had to adjust them. I really didn't even notice they were there.

My friend wears another brand and complains about hers constantly. These arm warmers are very high quality, comfortable..and warm! I have raced a marathon in them in 40 degrees, and a half marathon in them also. I have ran in them with a shirt and without. They are my most favorite running accessory.

These arm warmers are thicker than many of the other arm warmers. I use these for when it's under 40 F out. I'm a very athletic build with arms larger than the typical female runner, but the XS fits perfectly. They can stretch A LOT! They are also pretty long. I have the black and the "pink", but the "pink" is actually a dark pinky-red color. I definitely recommend these for running in the fall in the Midwest.

I wore these arm warmers for the first time to a race last weekend (our weather has just turned). They kept me comfy until the start and when I got warm during the run, I just pushed them down. I am looking forward to using them a lot more. Be careful to keep the fabric away from velcro, though, because the strap of my Garmin fuzzed my warmer a bit.
People stopped me after the race and commented on how cool the arm warmers were and how they "knew I would be fast" because of them.
Sizing is heavily dependent on your arm circumference. I have skinny arms, so I went smaller. Someone with actual biceps would want to go larger.

The arm warmers work great. Perfect for those days when the start is chilly. As the temps rise or you warm up, you can peel them down or peel them off and tuck them into your waistband. I ordered them in bright yellow as I like to be highly visible while running on the roads. I'm very pleased with them.

I use this for running and cycling on those cool mornings when you're out for a long workout and you know the temperature will be rising. Unlike the nylon feeling arm warmers, these have a much "airier", softer and comfortable feel. They wick moisture well but also keep you feeling warm.

I bought these arm warmers to wear when riding my bike in the cooler weather, also for those cool days of running, but, having the ability to take them off when I heat up!

These are great arm warmers- a medium weight fabric- not too light, but not too heavy either. Fit is key on these- I usually wear men's small shirts from Brooks- from short sleeve to long sleeve and jackets. For the arm warmers, since they are unisex, I sized up to M/L and am glad that I did. The men's M/L fits very comfortably and compare well with sizing of men's S shirts and jackets from Brooks.
Arm warmers are great for racing, with singlet on a cold day. Also good for traveling and training when the weather is mixed- worn with a t-shirt, you have the option of long or short sleeve. Lastly, in the winter, they add considerable extra warmth without much bulk, when a thermal shirt alone just can't keep the cold out. A highly recommended addition to any runner's wardrobe.
