I typically wear ghost. Is this a more neutral shoe? The newer ghosts feel too “spongie” these days.

This style has DNA LOFT v2 cushioning which may feel a bit less spongy if you found the Ghost 17 to feel that way. Is this shoe good for pronation and flat feet?

If you think that a more structured support style might be a better option, you might consider checking out styles with our GuideRails Support technology. The structured support styles will have GTS in the name like the Adrenaline GTS 25 and the Glycerin GTS 23 and the GuideRails Support help to guide you and can be beneficial if your ankles and feet tend to lean more inwards or if you just prefer more structured support. How is the sizing/fit?

Hi K, For any of our shoes, they tend to run smaller than other brands - we usually recommend you size a half size up from what you're used to getting elsewhere. But the Trace 4 is very comfortable and generally fits people well! If you end up trying a pair and it does not work for you for any reason, you can always return it up to 90 days from the date of purchase with our Run Happy Promise.
