Are these good for high arches?

In our terminology, support refers to how the shoe helps guide your gait and movement—not the height of the arch. Running shoes generally do not include built-in arch support. If you notice an “arch” feeling in some shoes, that’s typically due to the fit—tighter fits can make the arch feel more pronounced. If you’re looking for more customized arch support, you can replace the removable Brooks insole with an orthotic or insert, which are widely available online or at most local run specialty stores.
