Is there a purchase limit?

  • We want as many runDisney x Brooks fans as possible to be able to enjoy gear from this exciting collab. For that to be a possibility, there is a purchase limit of 5 pairs per person on brooksrunning.com. This is subject to change based on availability. Can I purchase runDisney shoes at any retail locations?

  • No, these shoes are only being sold at the runDisney Health & Fitness expos during race weekends, and we are selling any excess inventory from the expo on brooksrunning.com for up to 30 days post-event.

Are there any discounts or promotions on runDisney products?

  • No, runDisney product is excluded from discounts and promotions, both at the expo and on our site. This includes any discount codes and programs such as the Sports Medicine Ambassador Program.

What if I want to return my runDisney product?

  • All purchases from the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo are not eligible to be returned for a refund. If you are interested in an exchange please reach out to our Runner Experience team, and we will do our best to get you taken care of! This is a limited release, so we cannot guarantee replacement with the same size/color of runDisney product.
