Are these good for sprinting on a track?

Hi Nick! The Revel 5 is part of our Energize line and features lightweight BioMoGo DNA cushioning combined with a Green Rubber outsole to create a springy feel. It has an updated arrow-point pattern in the outsole that lets your foot move from heel to toe quickly. It's a great option for an up-tempo workout, however, it is not a sprint spike, which may be more beneficial for race day.

Does the white/blue Revel have a totally blue heel, or is it partially black?

Which shoe supports basketball and running?

Hi James! All of our shoes are designed for running and walking, but people do use our shoes for other activities. We recommend any of our Neutral styles like the Revel 5 as the support in Support styles may be too much for lateral movements. Keep in mind, that the upper in Road Running styles are not designed to handle the pressure/impact of the lateral movements that occur in basketball.

Difference between Revel 3 and 5? Son got a 4 and did not like --went fast

I prefer mid to high arch, What is the arch on the revel?

Hi David! The Revel 5 is a neutral support type. The support in running shoes is different than the support of insoles or orthotics. Insoles or orthotics give you support directly under the arch. Our sock-liners are removable so that you can input your own insole or orthotic to achieve personalized arch support.

What is the drop from heel to toe? And can this be added to the specs section on all the shoes?
