What are your current shoes that are most similar to the pure cadence 1?

Is the top toe box flexible if your toes hit it or is it more ridged?

The upper of the PureFlow 7 is made of a soft woven material. The top of the toe box has some flexibility.

Can women where these? I like the gold color

Thanks for your question. Of Course women can get these! Between our men's and women's sizing there is a full width difference and 1.5 sizes different in length. What this means is a men's normal width shoe fits slightly wider and is also about 1.5 sizes longer than a woman's shoe when compared at the same size. To get your size from women's to men we will want to go down 1.5 sizes and we would want to go down 1 step in width.

I need a show that I can run comfortably up to 8 miles in but can also handle multi directional work and sprints. Will this show work?

The PureFlow 7's responsive yet lightweight design makes it an excellent choice for quick short distance runs as well as long distance. While all of our shoes are designed for the intended purpose of road running they can certainly make for excellent shoes in a variety of activities. We would like to note, performance running shoes are designed for forward motion activities, lateral movement like tennis often requires may have a different effect on the expected lifespan and durability.

Is the men’s Pure Flow being discontinued, or will a 8 be released in 2020? If discontinued, what is a good alternative men’s shoe?

The PureFlow is not being discontinued. At this time, we do not expect an 8th iteration but the 7 will carry over.

Is the Connect series being faded out? I really love this series. If it is being faded out, is Brooks going to bring a 4 mm drop shoe into their line? I hate having to consider changing to a different brand.

The Pure flow is been discontinued. We have a new style, The Pure Grit 8 that also has a 4 mm drop.

How would these compare to the PureCadence 7? I absolutely love those shoes, having run 3 successful marathons with that model but they are increasingly hard to find.

The PureFlow is our Neutral partner to the PureCadence. The PureFlow does not offer pronation support built-in like the PureCadence, but will feature the same fit and experience.

Which shoe would be best for a forefoot runner? Pureflow 7 seem good but I’m not sure how durable they are.

The low drop helps keep you low and connected with the ground. The PureFlow offers a great minimalist design but it is tested to our same standards. You should expect our shoes to last 300-500 miles or 4-6 months when used for running.
