Should I buy the same size that I ran in Ravennas? I’ve been seeing that these may fit larger in some reviews.

What is the heel-toe drop on this shoe? Is it still 10mm like the Ravenna?

What is the differential of the Launch GTS? Same as Ravenna?

Hi there! We changed the name from Ravenna to Launch GTS. The Launch GTS 8 has the same support level and cushion level as the previous Ravenna iterations.

Why isn't this shoe available in 4EE extra wide?

At Brooks, we know that all runners require different types of support, and we’re always striving to create better products to suit those needs. Is this sneaker ok for distance runners? (I would be running no more than 8 miles a day)

How firm are these? I liked the soft feel of the recent Ravenna models, but I read in a review that these had a firm feel.

they only have that firm feel in the support foundation where I need it. The rest of the shoe is light and airier than predecessors. Hope this helps. -larry g.

So I am confused? Is this Ravenna with a new name or just Launch with an insert for support? GTS makes it sound like an upgrade model of Launch so I can see people being really confused when they go to their local running store. Also, seriously? Only Black? 2020 was hard for everyone but come on, these are running shoes, not funeral shoes. Supportive shoe runners want fun colors too! Really hoping to see more than 1 sad color option soon (and maybe a less confusing name)

Hi Randall! The Launch GTS 8 is the updated iteration of the Ravenna 11. We wanted to create a seamless process when it comes to choosing a product. We understand that with all these names: Ravenna, Launch, Ricochet, Bedlam; how do we know which shoe has support for my pronation? Introducing “GTS”, by simply adding GTS to a neutral style shoe like “Launch,” we get Launch GTS. Now we know that this shoe is going to have the same fit, cushion level, and experience as the Launch, but will have support through our Guiderails for over-pronation. We appreciate your feedback on our colorways. We will be getting more of the Launch GTS 8 in color Nightlife/Black/White in the next few weeks.

Does this replace Ravenna? Will there be a Ravenna 12? How similar is this?

Hi Sean! Yes, the Launch GTS 8 replaces the Ravenna. The Launch GTS 8 is essentially the Launch 8 with GuideRails support which has been the Ravenna's design since it's inception.

Is the Nightlife color option going to be available in all Normal sizes?
