Hi Mohammed. The Hyperion GTS 2 uses our GuideRails technology for added protection for the feet and knees. Our GuideRails are a denser foam located on both sides around the rear foot from the arch to the heel. Because the foam is denser, it won't compress as easily. If someone’s foot leans inward/outward a little too far, the GuideRails protect the foot from excess movement.
