Hi Israel! The Addiction GTS 15 does not feature any leather. For a leather model, we recommend checking out the Addiction Walker 2 and Addiction Walker V-Strap 2, both of which feature full-grain leather.

Do you have any slip resistant?

What is the difference between the addiction GTS and adrenaline GTs?

The Adrenaline GTS 22 maintains the same support level with the use of our GuideRails holistic support system. We updated the midsole by including a full DNA LOFT foam and integrating a segmented crash pad in the heel that allows for a smooth transition from heel to toe. We continue to use our 3D Fit Print material in the upper that creates a balance of stretch and structure to allow the shoe to move comfortably with your foot. Even more specifically, we integrated 3D Fit Print in the heel and saddle for a better fit. The Addiction GTS 15 maintains the same support and cushion levels. We updated the support of the Addiction GTS 15 to include our GuideRails technology, this adds support to your feet, knees, and hips by keeping excess movement in check. So you can stay in your natural stride, even when you get tired. Plus the one-piece outsole keeps the shoe from flexing too much. We maintained a roomy fit with our unique forefoot construction that allows space for orthotics or feet that need a high-volume shoe. In addition, the upper includes the 3D Fit Print and Engineered Air Mesh materials to create the right blend of stretch and structure for supreme comfort. The main difference is in the lasts between the two shoes. The Adrenaline GTS 22 is built on a curved last whereas the Addiction GTS 15 has a linear last. A linear last doesn't curve up as much in the toes so there is more volume in the toebox to accommodate inserts or orthotics.

I have a fallen arch, supination and austo arthritis of the ankle in the right foot. Is the Brooks Addiction the right shoe for all of this?

Hi Richard! If you tend to supinate as you walk or run, we recommend our Neutral styles like the Dyad 11, the Glycerin 19, the Ghost 14, or the Trace as the support in the Addiction GTS 15 may be too much for your stride.

Would these shoes be the best option for folks with plantar fasciitis?

Hi Eden! The Addiction GTS 15 may be a great option as we recommend shoes with a higher drop from heel to toe, good cushion to take the impact away, and sometimes minimal flex to help.

What is the difference between roll bar support and guide rail support? What is your best option for maximum support. I was used to roll bar.

Hi Curtis! the GuideRails support reduces excess shin and heel rotation to keep your natural knee motion in a safe range so you can run with more comfort and less pain. This holistic support system allows your body to embrace its natural motion path while limiting excess motion. The system is made of two firm pieces of foam on either side of the heel. On the inside of the heel, the foam reduces the rolling of the foot inward. On the outside of the heel, the foam is both firmer and higher, reducing the shifting of the heel in the outward direction. Compared to the Progressive Diagonal Rollbar, this is located directly under the foot. For maximum support, we recommend the Addiction GTS 15 or the Beast '20.

If you tend to have have some calcaneal deviation or crash in as you walk or run, the Addiction GTS 15 may be a great option for you as this style includes our GuideRails support technology that adds support by keeping excess movement in check. Our styles, including Support styles, do not have arch support like insoles or orthotics, but come with a removable sockliner to insert your own insole or orthotic if needed.
