Frequently asked questions

What products do you offer at this location?

The Back Bay store features our newest footwear collections, including running, walking, trail, and lifestyle shoes, as well as apparel, accessories, and gear designed to help you move comfortably and confidently.

Where can I park?

Because street parking on Newbury Street is limited — and we’re unable to offer validation — we recommend taking public transit. Ride the MBTA Green Line to the Hynes Convention Center stop, or take the #1 bus to Massachusetts Ave @ Newbury St. The store is just steps away.

Can I pick up online orders at this store?

Yes! Set this store as your delivery destination when you order online, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready for pickup.

What’s the store’s return policy?

If your Brooks gear doesn’t perform as it should, bring it back within 90 days with proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment when possible. Under Massachusetts law, defective items may be returned at any time for repair, replacement, or refund.
