Are these spikes able to be used for pole vaulting along with mid-distance running events?

Hi Ellison! The ELMN8 7 is designed and tested for 400m-1,600m races, however, you should also be able to use them for pole vaulting. The spikes in the ELMN8 7 are not removable, so we recommend that you keep that in mind when considering using the ELMN8 7 for events other than mid-distance running events.

How can I switch the pins out for a track race that requires a different length?
