Distance running is a family tradition. Twenty years ago Keith and Kevin Hanson founded the Michigan-based Hansons Original Distance Project. Their goal was — and still is — to help post-collegiate runners reach their true potential. When Brooks signed on as a sponsor in 2003, the added resources allowed the Hansons to expand the program, providing the training environment, resources, and encouraging team atmosphere that allows any athlete to thrive.
