Chief Product Officer and General Manager of the Americas roles introduced to power global and regional leadership model SEATTLE (Mar. 19, 2026) – Brooks Running today announced a strategic evolution of its global and regional business structure, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to global growth, innovation, and disciplined execution as it continues to scale worldwide. New global roles include promoting Carson Caprara to Chief Product Officer and elevating Chief Marketing Officer Melanie Allen’s responsibilities, as well as a newly created role of Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Americas. “Carson brings exceptional clarity to how product vision becomes meaningful performance for runners,” said Dan Sheridan, CEO of Brooks Running. “Elevating this role reflects both the scale of our ambition and the strength of Carson’s leadership as we expand our product lines and accelerate our global growth.” This leadership evolution comes as Brooks continues to build momentum around its long term growth strategy, anchored in pinnacle performance running while expanding its reach across regions, categories, and consumer experiences worldwide. Brooks is sharpening both global and regional leadership to support scale with structure. As part of this next phase, Chief Marketing Officer Melanie Allen is taking on expanded responsibility for shaping and activating a global brand vision that connects more deeply across product, consumer experience, and regional execution. In her elevated role, Allen will focus on long term strategic foresight, global consumer insight, and elevating branded experiences across Brooks’ digital and physical touchpoints worldwide. In parallel, Brooks has appointed Mike Billish to the newly created role of Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Americas, creating clear ownership for driving growth across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Billish will oversee the Americas business across wholesale, direct, marketing, and retail, aligning commercial execution and regional decision making under a single leader. The move reflects Brooks’ commitment to pairing strong global vision with region specific leadership as the brand continues to grow across channels and markets. “These moves ensure the right leaders are focused on the right time horizons,” Sheridan added. “By strengthening both our global leadership and our North America operating model, we’re positioning Brooks to win today — and scale for the future.” Caprara’s appointment, Allen’s elevated responsibilities, and the North America reorganization reflect Brooks’ strong global momentum and commitment to win. Brooks recently closed 2025 with record-breaking global revenue, achieving a 16% increase year over year and extending its track record to nine consecutive years of growth. As Brooks looks ahead to its next chapter of growth, the company is sharpening regional ownership and execution by enabling global leaders to focus on long-term product and brand vision while regional leaders drive near-term execution and market growth across channels.
