Who & why The Inspiring Coaches Program recognizes high school track and cross-country coaches who have gone above and beyond for their athletes. Coaches empower and inspire millions of high school athletes at every level, every year. This is how we say thank you. How We’re honouring exceptional high school coaches by recognizing one track-and-field coach and one cross-country coach from each of the four regions across the US. Out of the eight finalists, two coaches will be named Inspiring Coaches of the Year and receive the grand prize from the Brooks team. Anyone can make a nomination, so if you know an amazing coach, tell us about them. Nominate a coach How are the regions split up?
