Constraints and delays
We expect shipping delays and encourage you to place orders as early as you can. Like many companies, Brooks is affected by global supply chain issues related to COVID-19. Our shipping carriers are experiencing delays, and we appreciate your patience if your order arrives later than expected.
Shipping facility closures:
Please note that our distribution centres and offices are closed on the following days. Orders placed on these days will ship on the next business day:

We begin processing orders quickly, so we are unable to make changes after an order is submitted. Orders placed by 12PM EST will be shipped same-day. If the item you ordered is not in stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order. Your credit card is only charged when your order ships.
Shipping is available to all active postal codes in Canada. Brooks does not offer shipping to PO Boxes within Canada at this time.
