When you purchase an eGift Card or someone sends you one, we’ll send you a code by email. Use this code at checkout. |
Find some awesome gear in our website and select the shopping cart in the top right corner when you’re ready to purchase. |
In checkout, after you input your shipping method and zip code, select check out. |
Look for the section titled “Brooks eGift Card” under the Payment section. Enter your code from the email — see Step 1 — and hit apply gift card. The funds will be applied, and you can review and submit your order. |

The lucky recipient of the eGift Card will receive the Gift Card information via email once the order has been received and verified.
Brooks eGift Cards can be redeemed for CA orders on BrooksRunning.com. They are not redeemable at any retail locations, and eGift Cards bought on the Canadian site are not redeemable on the U.S. site.
You can use a maximum of two eGift Cards per order.
Yes! You may send up to fifteen eGift Cards in a single purchase.
Brooks isn’t responsible for the funds if they’re lost or stolen, but in some cases we can locate the card information and replace it for you. If you’ve lost your eGift Card information, please contact our customer support team and we will do what we can to help.
You can still get a refund on something purchased with an eGift Card. We’ll refund your credit card or PayPal first and then send you a new eGift Card via email for the remaining balance. Please follow the normal return process.
Most eGift Card orders will process within a couple of hours, but may take up to two business days for order verification. To speed up the verification process, please make sure that your billing information matches what is on file with the bank your credit card was issued by and that your contact information (email and phone number) is valid and up to date.
