The Cascadia 20 features several notable upgrades from previous models. The Vibram Megagrip outsole has 4mm lugs with Vibram Traction Lug technology for excellent grip on wet and dry surfaces. While the outsole keeps you grounded on both soft and firm terrain, the newly updated DNA FLASH v2 cushioning helps deliver soft landings with responsiveness with 4mm of extra cushion in both the heel and forefoot compared to the Cascadia 19.
