Our distribution center will be closed Thursday - Sunday, November 26 - 29 in observance of Thanksgiving. Orders placed on after 10 a.m. Pacific on Wednesday, November 25 will not be processed until Monday, November 30.

2015 Holiday Shipping Deadlines

In order to help you get your gifts on time, we’ve created these shipping deadlines for 2015. Select FedEx shipping and place your order by the cutoff times listed below to avoid disappointment.

For delivery on or before the first day of Hanukkah (December 7), place your order by 9am PST on December 3.

For delivery on or before Festivus (December 23), place your order by end of day on December 18.

For delivery by Christmas (December 25), place your order by 9am PST on December 22.

Orders placed before 10am Pacific will be processed the same business day; orders placed after 10am Pacific will be processed the following business day. We do not process orders over the weekend.

Please note: the FedEx shipping option is not available to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses.

Estimated Delivery Times

We begin processing orders quickly, so we are unable to make changes after an order is submitted. Estimated delivery time is within 3 business days from the date of purchase with FedEx shipping and 10 business days for USPS shipping. 

If the item you ordered is not in stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order. Your credit card is only charged when your order ships. Shipping Destinations

Shipping is available to destinations within the U.S. (all 50 states and U.S. territories) and APO/FPO addresses, as well as a growing number of other countries. For availability outside the U.S. please visit one of our International websites.

Take your Brooks gear for a 90-day trial run. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it, for free, no questions asked. Even if you sweat in it.
