The Running Responsibly program is a reflection of this philosophy. Initially a proactive effort to manage our social impact, the Running Responsibly program has evolved into a strategic and holistic Corporate Responsibility platform. The program wholeheartedly embraces sustainability from three perspectives: people, planet, and profit.

Leading the charge is a cross-functional Corporate Responsibility Committee strategically focused on our sustainability goals. Of course, this isn't an initiative on the shoulders of a few. It's a way of thinking and acting that infuses all that we do, at every level—from the offices where our designs are born to the paths where Run Happy takes flight.

The last few years have been a transitional period for Brooks Sports as we've embarked on understanding and measuring our environmental and social impact. Working toward sustainability is a journey and while we've taken a number of important steps, we are acutely aware that we've only just begun. For us, there is no finish line. We are committed to running responsibly, so that our employees, partners, and customers can run in cleaner environments within stronger communities.
