I usually wear a medium sports bra- no problem. With this style it feels way too tight. This sports bra totally flattened my chest and felt way too constricting. Maybe a larger size would help but I would not chance it. I would look for a different style next time.

Be aware that the sizing for this bra is not compatible with other athletic brands. I'm a medium in those. I'm also a healthy weight - bang in the middle of the BMI for my height - possibly a little more toned in the upper body than the average runner but not noticeably so. I could barely get this bra over my head. There is NO WAY this product is sized correctly. And irritatingly, I now have to pay to send it back. Love love love my Brooks shoes - but I'll be taking a big pass on your apparel : (

although this running bra runs a little bit small, it's extremely comfortable and not too difficult to put on or remove. It's very supportive without a lot of stitching or hardware, and there are no seams in awkward spots to irritate sensitive skin.

I am a 36C and ordered a medium in this bra, which is what I tend to wear in other sports bras. The fit was very tight, and the bra was difficult to get on and off.
That being said, the material did seem very durable and it was well made like all of Brooks gear.

No-nonsense and no padding, this is a solid sports bra for people who like firm support without cutting off their circulation. The fabric is soft, breathable, and does not chafe while controlling the bounce.
I wear a 36 band size, and the band and shoulder width on the small were perfect. My arms swung freely while running without encountering the bra at all. I am a AA (or AAA) cup, so the cups were a bit empty on me, but someone with a bigger A or a B cup would fill it perfectly.
The orange fabric in the orange/blue version is heathered (like a sweatshirt) and is not shiny as it seems in the photo. Also, the blue has a hint of green in it, so it does not match the Infiniti III shorts.
