I've only been running for 6 months and now that winter is here I noticed I needed something to keep my ears warm and keep the wind out of them. Since I like my Brooks shoes I decided to try to the headband. There is a lot of wind that comes off the lake I run around and this headband keeps it out of my ear. It keeps my head warm and keeps the sweat out of my eyes.

I don't think Brooks could have made this any better. I have unruly, frizzy, curly hair, with tons of baby hairs in the front that just get in my way while running (or doing anything really), and usually run in a BondiBand headband. BondiBands are great for keeping the sweat out of my eyes and hair out of my face, but didn't do anything to keep my ears or head warm.
In comes this gem. This is the perfect headband while running (keeps my head warm, ears warm, sweat out of eyes, hair out of face, etc) or for everyday use when you just don't feel like doing anything with your hair other than a ponytail! I'll be buying at least one more - maybe I'll spring for a fun color this time!

This is a great product for running in the cold and wind. The headband breathes well and allows heat and sweat to escape when you're in the middle of a run without exposing your ears to the bite of strong winds. It's also much lighter and more comfortable than some "earmuff" style products that I've tried. After a few minutes of wearing, I tend to forget it's on.
