These shoes are great for those who are prone to shin splints. I visited a running store before I started a Police Academy and they turned me onto these and I've never looked back. You can spend 140 dollars on a pair of Nike's and run in pain, or you can spend less and put the ice bags away for good.The only cons I would say is they are getting progressively more expensive, when I first purchased them (version 6) they were only [$], now they're about [$] for the version 10 model. They are also not made for running on dirt of any kind as the pourus ventilated fabric will give you dirty socks and toes. I wish they had a trail version of these...

These shoes feel great. I have neuropathy in my feet and the shoes help so much. I went to a local store and was fitted with this shoe in Blue and White. I ordered the Black mesh pair from you myself (my "dressy" shoes). I wear one pair or the other all the time. I'm not a runner but a walker. Thanks!

I am happy to say that I found these shoes early in life. I have been wearing these shoes since I was in 7th grade, and I am now a senior in high school. I run 5k's in xc and 800m in track and several road races, these shoes hold up very well. I still have a good arch today while the rest of my family is flat footed now, and need orthotics. I believe that it is these shoes that have prevented my arch from falling. I do not wish and hope I ever have to see the day to find a different shoe to wear. My only con about these shoes is that my feet get pretty hot and sweaty, but I can and have lived with that so ya..."run happy" <3 Brooks
