Flat Feet running shoes from Brooks
We understand that all runners are not the same, and they definitely do not come with the same kind of feet. Some runners have flat feet as a result of muscle weakness (collapsed arches), while other runners are simply born with flat feet. Each type has its own support needs and that's where Brooks' come in. Don't let ill-fitting shoes stop you from running. Brooks is here to save the day!
Flat footed running shoes or running shoes for low arches?
First of all, it’s wise to know whether you’re looking to support a muscle weakness or simply have naturally flat feet, since these have different support needs. For example, feet with collapsed arches due to muscle weakness can benefit from low arch running shoes that support the arch and prevent overpronation. By contrast, naturally flat feet are best served by flat feet running shoes with a straighter sole shape than the usual ‘hourglass’ shape. These are broader at the midfoot, preventing the foot from resting on a part of the upper. Whatever your need, Brooks has a comprehensive range of running shoes for people with flat feet.

Going beyond running trainers for flat feet
Along with our flat-foot running shoes, we also have other types of support shoes. For example, if your weight shifts to the outside of your foot while running, our supination running shoes can help. Similarly, our selection of stability running shoes will keep your feet stable and comfortable on any running surface. We also have wide-fit running shoes to suit runners with broader feet. And since you’re here, why not pair your shoes with some running apparel and accessories to uplift your comfort and performance?
