We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £75. Orders under £75 are charged a £5 shipping fee. We also offer free shipping on returns purchased on BrooksRunning.com.
Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We do not deliver on weekends.
Order Changes
We begin processing orders quickly, so we are unable to make changes after an order is submitted.
If the item you ordered is not in stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order. Brooks products come with a no-questions-asked 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new Brooks equipment within the first 90-days after purchase we will refund your purchase. Please be aware that we cannot refund return shipping costs when our shipping form is not used.
