If you buy gear from us today, you have until to wear it all you want and still return it if you don’t love it — no return shipping or re‐stocking fee.
How does our return policy work?

Purchase any Brooks products from our website. Need recommendations? Check out our Shoe Finder and Bra Finder, read our Gear Advice articles, or contact our Runner Experience team to chat more.

You have 90 days to put your gear to the test — on roads, tracks, trails, or in the gym. Run indoors or out, rain or shine.

If you’re not happy, send it back.
If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, head to our Returns Center to start the return process and generate a free shipping label. If you need more help, visit our Customer Care Center for a step-by-step guide.

If you bought your Brooks gear from another retailer, please contact them first for exchanges or returns. If they're unable to help, you can contact our Runner Experience team for help.
