Every month we'll set a new Dare challenge. Opt-in to be the Dare challenge (we'll also email you about it).
If your activity meets the Dares requirement you'll be in the draw to win the prize.

The Great North Run is celebrating its 45th anniversary, and we’re marking the occasion the only way we know how. Complete a 45-minute run this month and you could be one of our winners.

Z you at Zuiderpark

Run a parkrun this month and you could win a trip to The Netherlands to run Zuiderpark parkrun on 7th November 2026. If you're collecting all of the parkrun alphabet this is the Dare for you. We know finding the elusive parkrun starting with Z can be harder than usual so we're here to help.

Double parkrun dare you

Double parkrun dare you Every month for the rest of 2026 we double parkrun dare you. Complete 2 parkruns in the month and you go in the draw to win. The prize changes every month so make sure your entered each month.

Go the distance with BRITA

Run a total distance of a full marathon this month and you'll be entered into the draw to win 1 of 10 BRITA LARQ iQ Water Filter Bottles.
