Welcome to the official Brooks Run Happy Team 2022 page
If you run, you’re a runner – and if you know that feeling of elation once you’re done, you’re running happy. The Run Happy Team consists of nearly 500 runners from around the world who inspire others to get out and Run Happy too. The Run Happy Team doesn't focus on PB's or mile (KM) splits, it's a crew for fun runners, speed demons, and pacers alike. The most important thing to remember is that running is a limitless source of positive energy and one of the simplest paths to happiness.

What does it mean to Run Happy?

Paul Waye: "Run Happy for me has become just a single word. If I run, I am happy and I am happy when I am running. It just reflects that joy that running gives me."

Petra: "I'm not a size 0 runner and it’s ok. I want to inspire everyone that it doesn’t matter how slow you go, how far or how fast, when you run – you are a runner. And that’s what counts."

Edgar: "My most victorious running moment was that moment when I was lacing my shoes, realized, I am a runner and not a guy who runs. Yeah!"
