Nice trail running show

If you trail run, this is a shoe for that. Very durable with some added comfort. Do not recommend for road running. Trail or mountain running only.

Great trail shoe

Completed a 50 Mile ultra on Saturday 28/7 in these shoes and due to an injury had only managed a 2 mile walk in the previous week to break them in from new. No problems with the shoe at all ,very comfortable and great over any terrain. I have previously owned Cascadia 10 and 11 but these are the best Cascadia shoe yet

Even better than the last Cascadi

I have had Cascadia 12 for well over. YeR, hands down best off road shoes i've ever had. Cascadia 13 have basically the same sole, definitely in terms of tread but, they have improved where my Cascadia 12's finally dies, by strength up the whole front protection with a high black ridge. E tensely comfortable ahowa which are sturdy enough to give great confidence. Only thing i'd Say I'd that the material inside the shoe has changed, and although comfort improved, it is prone to 'grass seed darts' sticking into it, getting trapped and being a challenge to remove. I worry the material will rip getting them out. This may be local to the UK and seasonal issue though. Read More

Brooks delivers again

I use the Cascadia 13 primarily for trail running, but sometimes find myself wanting their support and width when hiking or walking around. I've worn the Pure Grit 3, the Cascadia 12 with decent success, but I always blew out the shoes because of my wide feet. This is the first trail shoe that Brooks has made that fits my foot and gives me the protection and durability I love. I have noticed that…

I have noticed that because I run with a mid-foot strike some of the tread has sheared off rather than worn down, but I can't argue with how good my body feels when I run in these. I wish Brooks would make a wide variation of the Pure Grit. Read More
