How to run – A step by step guide

R unning is fun and we want people to do it, so we made a handy visual guide. It’s sort of accurate. Sort of.
1. Fuel with a balanced diet

2. Make time
Running doesn’t have to be a big commitment. Even getting out for 60 minutes will be enough to make you feel good.
3. Wear comfortable shoes
Your shoes can make or break your run. Finding the best shoes is key to get a good run.

4. Find a flat surface
There are a lot of different running surfaces, all with different benefits. Find one that works for you or switch it up by combining them.

5. Walk, but faster. Remember it’s not a competition.
Stick to a pace that works for you, and you'll find running a lot more enjoyable.
