               <div class=\"o-athletes-callout__content-text\">\n                        <h3 class=\"a-type-h3--big\">Wat zou je zeggen om iemand te inspireren om te beginnen met\nhardlopen?</h3>\nAls kind had ik een hekel aan duurlopen. Ik heb atletiek gedaan en zag altijd op tegen de 1000&nbsp;m, vooral omdat ik niet wist hoe ik mijn tempo moest bepalen. Als je net begint met hardlopen, zullen de eerste keren waarschijnlijk zwaar zijn. Maar met tijd en oefening leer je hoe je je krachten kunt verdelen. Uiteindelijk wordt het gemakkelijker; je voelt je lichter, meer op je gemak en je begint er zelfs van te genieten. Hardlopen wordt een moment van rust; iets waardoor je je zowel lichamelijk als geestelijk goed voelt.<br>\n<h3 class=\"a-type-h3--big\">Wat is jouw hardloopmantra?</h3>\nLuister naar wat je lichaam je vertelt.
