ragazzina, odiavo la corsa di resistenza. Ho fatto pista e temevo i 1000, soprattutto perché non sapevo come tenere il ritmo. Se sei un principiante, le prime uscite probabilmente sembreranno ostiche. Ma con il tempo e la pratica, imparerai a gestire lo sforzo. Alla fine, diventa più facile: ci si sente più leggeri, maggiormente a proprio agio e anche più disposti ad apprezzarne il piacere. Correre diventa un momento di pace, lasciandoti una sensazione di benessere sia a livello fisico che mentale.<br>\r\n<h3 class=\"a-type-h3--big\">Qual è il tuo mantra per quanto riguarda la corsa?</h3>\r\nAscoltare ciò che il corpo ti dice.
