tenía paciencia. Hice pista y odiaba los 1000 m, sobre todo porque no sabía cómo marcar mi propio ritmo. Si acabas empezar a correr, seguramente tus primeras salidas sean difíciles. Pero con el tiempo y la práctica aprenderás a gestionar tus esfuerzos. Al final, es más fácil; te sentirás más ligera, más cómoda e incluso empezarás a disfrutarlo. Correr se convierte en un momento de paz, lo que hace que te sientas bien tanto física como mentalmente.<br>\r\n<h3 class=\"a-type-h3--big\">¿Cuál es tu eslogan para correr?</h3>\r\nEscuchar lo que tu cuerpo te dice.
