ABOUT VIETORY

\n

In 2019, to support the growth of our\nbrand, we searched for a new factory to\nexpand our footwear production. We were\nimpressed with Vietory's in-depth\nknowledge of complex footwear\nmanufacturing, efforts to speed up\nproduction while reducing waste, and\npromotion of employee safety through lean\nmanufacturing techniques.

Outside of collaborating on Brooks\nproducts, Vietory employees enjoy\nspending time together to celebrate local\nholidays. Acknowledging that the large\nmajority of Vietory employees are women,\nemployers celebrate International Women’s\nDay by gifting all women employees\nflowers and thanking them for their unique\ncontributions. Vietory extends its\ncommunity efforts outside of the workplace\nby donating to around 40 low-income\nhouseholds per year during Lunar New Year,\nhelping ensure a fulfilling holiday for people in their community.
