ABOUT PT LONG RICH:

PT Long Rich was our first final assembly \nfootwear factory in Indonesia. When \nlooking for a new footwear factory, we \nwere excited by PT Long Rich s vertical \nintegration. This means that core material \nproduction of midsoles and outsoles are \nmanufactured adjacent to PT Long \nRich. Vertical integration reduces \ntransportation distances between \ncomponent production and final assembly, \nwhich can help lower associated \ngreenhouse gas emissions. This, coupled \nwith our longstanding relationship with the \nDean Shoes network, made expanding into \nPT Long Rich a natural choice for Brooks.

In alignment with our sustainability goals \nto reduce environmental impact, PT Long \nRich matches much of its electricity \nconsumption with renewable energy \ncredits from hydropower. PT Long Rich is \nalso committed to employee well being \nand annually partners with Better Work, an \norganization that aims to improve working \nconditions in manufacturing supply chains \nto implement annual trainings focused \non topics such as worker empowerment, health and safety, and ergonomics.
