About Long Fa:

\n

Collaborating with Long Fa to make Brooks footwear was an easy decision. We have been working with Long Fa’s parent company, Dean Shoes Group (DSG), for over twenty years. Due to this strong relationship and our aligned values and vision, we were excited to expand into Long Fa in 2019 and grow our relationship with DSG.

\n

Since starting production at Long Fa, we have worked with them on a variety of projects. In the spring of 2023, we collaborated with Long Fa to improve energy efficiency within the factory. The assessment included areas such as insulation, compressed air, motors, idle time, and building comfort. We are currently implementing these initiatives and expect to see substantial savings in energy use. These initiatives will help us make significant progress towards Long Fa’s energy reduction target and Brooks' science-based greenhouse gas emissions reduction target.
