What would you say to inspire someone to start trail running?

\nRunning is the ultimate expression of freedom, whether you've had a good day or a bad day, going for a run will always help.Training after goals will always help but you have to enjoy each training session, if you enjoy the journey you will slowly but surely get the hang of running! After training you will feel amazing and the satisfaction you feel is like nothing else. Whether it's in the mountains or on the road it will always be worth it. What are you waiting for?
