Meet Vietory

\n

In 2019, to support the growth of our brand, we searched for a new factory to expand our footwear production. Not only were we impressed by Vietory’s in-depth knowledge of complex footwear manufacturing but also their efforts to reduce waste, speed up production, and promote employee safety through the implementation of Lean manufacturing techniques.

\n

Outside of collaborating on Brooks products, Vietory employees enjoy spending time together to celebrate local holidays. Acknowledging that the large majority of Vietory employees are women, employers celebrate International Women’s Day by gifting every woman employee with flowers and thanking them for their unique contributions. Vietory extends their community efforts outside of their workplace by donating to around 40 low-income households a year during Lunar New Year, helping ensure a fulfilling holiday for people in their community.
