I bought the glycerine 16 in all black. I have had them for 2 weeks. The interior left shoe has a rough spot in the toe box. I ran four 1 mile runs in then to break them in before any longer distance and figured it was a fitting issue. I ran a 10k and ended with hot spots and a horrible blister. I've been wearing glycerine for 7 years and never an issue. They are fine for walking but no go for running. Can I have them replaced? If so what is the process?
