About August Sports

Although August Sports is our newest final-assembly footwear factory, they are far from new to the footwear industry. August Sports’ parent company, Sports Gear, has been making soccer cleats for over 30 years. In fact, one in every five cleats in the world are made at a Sports Gear factory. In addition to their footwear manufacturing expertise, we were excited to work with August Sports because of their innovative technology, which automates processes to reduce time and ensure consistent quality.

August Sports brings Brooks spirit to their factory by encouraging employees to live a healthy lifestyle. In 2023, August Sports organized eight soccer teams to encourage employees to get together for some friendly competition and bond outside of work.
