So fast you might not see them. But if you catch them (or wear them yourself), you'll see this women's running shoe is made to go the distance—at full speed.

So lightweight! ❤️ to wear them!

I love to wear these shoes for exercise as well as wear during my everyday activities.

Love the feel of this shoe

They feel like they aren't even there when you run. I do not do well with bulky shoes, so these were perfect for me. My only issue was that they did wear down where I pronate, but that was bound to eventually happen over time anyway, due to my low arches. So far this is my favorite Brooks show that I have tried.

My New Race Shoe

+'s: Super light, very comfortable, supportive enough for a marathon. -'s: Toe box is a little narrow (although I like a somewhat snug fit in a speed shoe). Note on size: for an everyday training shoe I would say they fit a little small, but to me this is not an everyday training shoe. My foot size: regular shoe - 7; long run training shoe - 8 (Brooks Ghost); speed/race shoe (recently used and reviewing Brooks Hyperion - 7.5 , previously wore New Balance Zante - 7.5) I recently raced a marathon in these shoes and achieved not only a solid BQ (over 10 minutes faster than my required qualifying time), but also a 9.5 minute PR. Prior to this race I had only run a few speed sessions and one 9-mile run in these shoes. I LOVED them for the speed runs, but had some concerns after the 9 miler as the tops of my toes on one foot got a little blistered. Not sure if that was the shoe or if I just didn't give them enough wear-in miles. I was short on time before my race to try a new model, so I decided that the minimal weight and amazingly energetic feel I had on my speed runs was worth it and wore them for my marathon, although I did slather a lot of Vaseline over the tops of my toes just in case. It was the right call - I had a great race and adore these shoes. p.s. No race day blisters! For me, they are not an everyday trainer (that's where the Brooks Ghost has been my go-to for many years), but when the day calls for ultra fast feet, I will be wearing the Hyperion. Read More

My go-to training and racing flat!

I mainly use this for shorter interval work or speed sessions on the track. For size reference, I usually wear size 10.5 in running shoes and ordered a half size down in this shoe. I prefer to have flats that fit a bit tighter than my running shoes do. If this is how you are too then I'd recommend ordering a half size down. If not, your usual size should do the trick!

Hi! Would these shoes work well for people with high arches?

2018/07/13 Murray, Utah Jessica

Yes! The Hyperion is designed for medium/high arches.

Are these shoes red or bright orange?

2017/08/18 IL KJ

Color 069 is Diva Pink.

Thee are only for racing? How do you break them in if you don't train in them? I usually use ghost and want to venture out and chase some PR's but how do you not train in them for half marathons? Thank you

You should definitely wear them for a few runs or workouts before racing in them, but they are primarily for racing!

Is this shoe a good xc shoe and for longer everyday distances?

2017/06/04 Whythville, va Hails

This is technically a racing flat, so it may not be the most suitable shoe for long distance training.

Is there a specific kind of Brooks designed for standing on your feet for long periods of time? I am a nurse and I have heard these are the best shoes on the market. I'm just wanting to make sure I get the correct kind.

For supportive and well-cushioned shoes, you might want to consider the Ariel '16, Adrenaline GTS 17, or Transcend 4!
