COVID-19 shipping update:
Our shipping facilities are open, however operational adjustments to keep our employees safe may cause delays on some packages. We will always notify you of any updates to your order via email. We have also seen increases in delays during transit from our facility to your home due to nationwide shipping carrier delays from high demand and their adjusted operations. When you get your shipping confirmation email, we recommend clicking the link to "track your order" where you can subscribe to SMS or Facebook Messenger updates to get the most accurate status of your order. Once receiving the tracking number please contact the shipping carrier for further information.
Shipping facility closures:
Please note that our distribution centers and offices are closed on the following days. Orders placed on these days will ship on the next business day:
- May 31st, 2021
- July 4th, 2021
- September 6th, 2021
- November 25th, 2021
- December 25th, 2021
We begin processing orders quickly, so we are unable to make changes after an order is submitted. Orders placed by 12PM EST will be shipped same day. If the item you ordered is not in stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order. Your credit card is only charged when your order ships.
Shipping is available to destinations within the U.S. (all 50 states and U.S. territories) and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/US Territories, or Puerto Rico must be completed through the USPS and cannot be expedited.
