  • How long will it take for me to get my money back?

    • Your refund will be processed within 7 business days from the day you send it back. Once processed, please allow up to 5 days for your bank to post the funds to your account.

  • How can I check the status of my return?

  • How do I exchange an item?

    • We don't offer a true exchange option, however we suggest you place a new order for the item you want and then follow the instructions above to return your original items for free!

  • What if my product seems to be defective?

    • When used for its intended purposes, Brooks footwear has a life expectancy of 300 to 500 miles or three to six months. Because our PureProject shoes use lighter materials, we expect them to last from 250 to 300 miles. Moving Comfort sports bras have a life expectancy of 12 months. Please call Brooks Customer Service at 1-800-227-6657 within 30 days of purchase.

  • I lost my return label, what do I do?

    • Check your past emails; the label should have been emailed to you at the time of creation. Or you can enter the Order Number and Billing Zip Code above, click Start, then click "Reprint Label".

  • I don't have the original box, can I still return my item for a refund?

    • Yes! You can return product using any shipping box you prefer.

  • My purchase is from a retail store, how do I return for a refund?
