Could this spike be used for the 800m?
The QW-K v3 is best for distances 400m and shorter. We suggest the Wire V5 for 1500m - 10k races.
If i wear size 7 in casual shoe what size do you prefer in spikes
We suggest going up .5 form your normal shoe size.
