These were my first pair of Brooks and I love them. They make running on the treadmill easy. They are super lightweight as well. I have never gotten blisters in them. My feet don't hurt after the run. I am very happy with them. I normally run with them on the treadmill. I am not sure how they are on trails and such. I am ordering another pair of Brooks soon. If your run pathbreaking has pebbles, rocks, or sticks; avoid this shoe. I have rocks get stuck in the bottom and they eventually began working their way through my sole and into the insole. So, now I have holes in my shoes and small rocks in my shoes while running. Read More

I have been wearing the Brooks Ghost for a very long time. I'd like to try either a PureFlow, PureCadance, or Launch to work in as my next pair. I run 25-40 miles a week, 4-5 days a week, so I like to rotate my shoes a bit. Training for 2 marathons this fall. Thoughts on a good shoe to alternate with my Ghosts?

Hi there! The description says this style runs small and to size up if you're in between sizes. I wear an 8.5 in the Launch 3, which fits me perfectly. Should I stick with that size for this shoe, or would I be better off with the 9?

2017/03/15 New York, NY Lisa

We recommend a half size up. Size 9.

Our shoes are categorized based on the amount of support they provide - for individuals who roll in, or "overpronate," we suggest shoes from our Support category. From there, we have different levels of cushioning that we use in our shoes. For a supportive, cushioned shoe that would be ideal for flat feet, we recommend either the Ariel, Addiction, or Transcend! Read More
