Mt. SAC Relays & Cross Country Invitational

Two events. Twice the Run Happy potential. Over 39,000 athletes flood Walnut, California every year to compete with the best and run in the footsteps of the great—and Brooks is getting in on the fun.

Get a Sneak Peek

As the brand new primary footwear and apparel sponsor, we’re bringing Run Happy to Mt. SAC and we’re not holding back. What does that mean? At Brooks, imagination is our only limit. We’ve got big plans for a 2014 experience unlike any Mt. SAC has ever seen, and it all starts with making runners feel like rock stars.

Cross Country Invitational

In the world of cross country, there aren’t many three-mile stretches more storied than Mt. SAC’s 66-year-old course. Or more popular. It’s the biggest cross country race in the world, with upwards of 25,000 high school competitors and a new race blasting off every seven minutes for a day and a half. HOLY COW! That’s a lot of running love.

And speaking of cows: could Mt. SAC have picked a better race mascot?

October 25 – 26, 2013

There’s something pretty special about one meet that brings high school, college and elite runners together. Especially when it’s a meet where world records get made and emerging Olympians start off the race season. The walls of Hilmer Lodge stadium have a lot of stories to tell, and we’re excited Brooks is going to be part of them.

April 17 – 19, 2014

High school superstars, we’ve got our eyes on you. Every year, Brooks puts on an epic meet in Seattle, where we invite the very best to compete against the even better. The prize: ultimate bragging rights. The experience: once in a lifetime.
