Great trail shoe with improved traction

This version is the best version of these shoes so far. The improvement in traction is fantastic and they feel good for hours, no matter the type of terrain.

Definitely buying another pair!

My feet don't hurt after a run and I like that I can feel the road under my feet.

Great Shoe

We got this shoe for our daughter who is 18, and runs 3-7 miles almost every day. She did have knee strength issues last year and did a lot of PT. Your questionnaire before selecting the shoe, nailed her problems and she felt more confident in her shoe selection. Your sizes are true, and she has been running pain-free ever since the new shoes arrived. Lets hope they last a bit!

Really like these!

I really like these shoes. I usually get the ghost line from Brooks, but I moved out near a state park recently, and am running on rougher roads/trails more now. I missed the extra cushion I got from the ghosts at first, but after a couple of runs, I got used to these and love them now. I used to have knee pain and issues with plantar fasciitis. These were the first shoes I ran in after my winter hiatus (no where safe to run in rural PA when there's ice everywhere all winter!), and so far I've had no knee, foot, or ankle issues. I run about 2-3 miles 3x/week on dirt/gravel mountain roads as well as paved roads. Read More

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever run in! First time my feet don't hurt afterwards. I can't wait to put more miles on these and can't wait for my next pair!

Been wearing your glycerin sneakers and in the process of returning a pair, order number 03591447 due to the color ( not a white sneaker girl lol) Send the winter in a warm climate and found myself walking abut five miles a day on sidewalk surfaces ...but after stretching and wearing the Glycerin my plantar fasciitis acted up again..I did your shoe quiz and came up with two pure Cadence or Pure Grit7 can you recommend one the other ? Be well angela

Hello. Do you make any trail shoe in a woman's wide?

2019/04/05 Port Huron, Michigan Melissa Boyea

Unfortunately we do not. You could get a men's shoes in normal width and just go down 1.5 in size. Thank you!

Can the PureGrit 7s be used comfortably for road running also?

2019/02/02 Nevada Abby

Generally we do not recommend using a trail shoe on the roads as many of them will not offer the cushioning for a great road run.

Can you remove the insert?

2018/10/27 WV Monica

Yes, the insole are removable.
