Knee problems solved!
I bought these for my husband. He mainly uses them for strength training, HIIT, and overall working out. He has never owned a pair of Brooks until now. He used to have bad knee aches prior and after a workout. He was skeptical about the difference Brooks would make for him. Needless to say within the first workout wearing them he is believer! He said they're supportive and so comfortable.

Great shoes!
Very comfortable, I use mostly for walking and occasional running 3 miles 5x per week. I was looking for a low drop shoe and the first couple of weeks had pain in my calves but that has gone away and pretty much pain free now. I have read that the zero/low drop shoes can cause this as it strengthens your calves.

Fits Great But Not As Comfortable As Previous Versions
So I usually wear these to the gym about 3 times a week and since they are somewhat stylish, I wear them around town as well. However, the bottoms/soles feel a lot harder than an earlier model I had 5 years (and they lasted that long) which were the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. If each step had a bit more cushion, I think the show would be much better. Maybe I need more time to break them in so we'll see further down the line. Read MoreSizing | Feels true to size |

Best Running Shoe I've Worn
I love these shoes! I have been wearing Ghost and Launches for year and finally branched out. As a larger (220lb) runner, I feared the low mm drop and less support but after running in them I realized they were the best running shoe I'd ever ran in. They are perfectly light, they let you feel the road without hurting, and you can wear them for a track workout or a half marathon. This is my new go to running shoe. NextI am a podiatrist in the 40% off friends and family club. The pureflow 7 40% discount is not being applied to my order. I appreciate assistance. Thank you.
I have wide feet what sneaker do you recommend
My running gait is under pronation, as the wearing out of the sole of my Ghost shoes shows. I'm told that I should get a cushioning type of running shoes. Which Brooks shoes provides cushioning? Regards, Aron Teo
The Glycerin 16 offers the most amount of cushioning.
Best running shoe for men with narrow feet?
The Ghost 11 and Adrenaline GTS 18 are both available in Narrow B width!
I use arch-support inserts in my shoes, do the insoles come out of these shoes? I'm going to need space for my inserts.
